          Are Aura Bows made from carbon fiber?

          Yes. Aura Bows are constructed from standard carbon fiber, designed to provide reliable balance and playability while supporting the built-in LED lighting system.

          How long does the battery last?

          The lightweight rechargeable battery provides approximately 30–45 minutes of LED illumination per charge. We recommend using the LED for featured moments or accents, or rotating multiple bows during longer performances.

          Do the bows play like traditional bows?

          Yes. Aura Bows are designed to feel and respond similarly to traditional bows, allowing performers to play naturally while adding a visual element to their performance.

          Is any USB-C cable compatible for charging the bow?

          For best battery health and long-term performance, we suggest charging with a 1A power adapter. This helps prevent unnecessary strain on the battery during charging. A USB charging cable is included with your order.

          What colors are available?

          Aura LED bows are available in Blue, Red, Pink, and White.

          The Aura Bow charges using a standard USB-C cable.

          ⚡ What do I plug it into?

          You can plug the USB-C cable into:

          • A wall adapter
          • A laptop or computer
          • A portable power bank

          (Anything that supports standard USB charging works.)

          ⏱️ How long does it take to charge?

          The LED bow battery charges in about 90 minutes using a 1-amp power source with a USB-C cable

          🔋 How do I know when it’s charging?

          Most bows will show a charging indicator light while charging.

          If your bow does not have an indicator, we recommend charging for the full 1 hour-90 minutes before use.

          How do I use the Aura bows?

          Each Aura LED bow features a small button located near the battery. Press the button to turn the LED light on or off, allowing you to illuminate the bow during featured moments or accents in your performance.

          Each purchase includes:

          • One Aura LED bow
          • One protective bow case with the Aura “A” logo
          When will my order ship?

          Orders will ship as soon as possible based on available inventory. Any bows not immediately in stock will ship approximately 4 weeks after the presale ends. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

          What is your return policy?

          All bows are final sale. If your bow arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at hello@aurabows.com and we’ll make it right. Our warrantee is 30 days.
